A concurrent resolution condemning the unconditional seizure of power by elements of the Haitian military and consequent violence, and calling on the Attorney General to suspend temporarily the forced return of Haitian nationals in the United States during the crisis in Haiti.

States that the Congress strongly condemns the unconstitutional military junta in Haiti, and supports the restoration of the legitimately elected government of President Aristide and the peace efforts of the Organization of American States.

Calls upon the Attorney General to temporarily suspend the forced return of Haitian nationals during this crisis.
