A concurrent resolution to provide that each committee of the Congress that reports employee benefit legislation shall secure an objective analysis of the impact of such legislation on employment and international competitiveness, and include such analysis in the committee report.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that each congressional committee that reports legislation which requires employers to provide new employee benefits shall secure an objective analysis of the impact of the legislation on employment and international competitiveness and include such analysis in the committee's report on the legislation.
