A concurrent resolution to express the sense of Congress that the Comptroller General of the United States should conduct a study of the economic impacts of Order No. 636 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on residential, commercial, and other end-users of natural gas, and that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission should refrain from processing restructuring proceedings pursuant to the order during the 60-day period after the submittal to Congress of the results of the study.
