Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to carry out a highway project to construct a bridge across the Missouri River to improve the flow of traffic between Nebraska and South Dakota, relieve present and projected traffic burdens on existing highway networks, and improve economic development.
Authorizes appropriations for FY 1992 and 1993.
Specifies the Federal and State shares of the project.
