A bill to suspend temporarily the duty on synthetic staple fibers containing 84 percent or more by weight of vinyl chloride and 14 percent or more by weight of vinyl acetate.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1995, the duty on certain synthetic staple fibers containing 84 percent or more by weight of vinyl chloride and 14 percent or more by weight of vinyl acetate.
