A bill to establish Summer Residential Science Academies for talented, economically disadvantaged, minority participants, and for other purposes.
Summer Residential Science Academy Act of 1991 - Directs the National Science Foundation to make grants, contracts, or agreements for not more than 50 Summer Residential Science Academies for talented, economically disadvantaged, minority, and other students in grades seven through 12 to study mathematics, science, engineering design, and communications.
Authorizes appropriations.
