A bill to amend the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act to require the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to maintain a facility for the biological testing of pesticides, and for other purposes.

Amends the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to direct the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to maintain a facility to conduct biological testing of pesticides. Requires the Administrator to conduct tests at the facility to: (1) verify data submitted by pesticide registration applicants; and (2) test marketed pesticides to ensure compliance with FIFRA.

Makes reregistration fees available to the Administrator to maintain such facility.
