Lamprey River Study Act of 1991 - Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a specified segment of the Lamprey River, New Hampshire, for study as a potential addition to the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to complete such study within three years after enactment of this Act.
Authorizes appropriations.
