A bill to temporarily suspend the duty on Resolin Red F3BS components I and II.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1995, the duty on N-(2-((2,6-dicyano-4-methylphenyl)azo)-5-(diethylamino) phenyl)-methanesulfonamide and N-(2-((2,6-dicyano-4-methylphenyl)azo)-5-(di-l-propylamino) phenyl)-methanesulfonamide (Resolin Red F3BS Components I and II).
