Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1994, the duty on: (1) 3,5-dichloro-N-(1,1-dimethyl-2-propynyl)-benzamide (pronamide); and (2) mixtures of 3,5-dichloro-N-(1,1-dimethyl-2-propynyl)-benzamide (pronamide) with application adjuvants.
