Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend the duty on 1H-pyrrole-2,5-dione,1,1 (methylenedi-4,1-phenylene) bis-polymer with 4,4-methylenebis (benzenamine) (thermosetting polyimide resins) through December 31, 1994.
