A bill to provide for the temporary suspension of duty on certain chemicals, and for other purposes.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1995, the duty on: (1) 6-amino-1-naphthol-3-sulfonic acid; (2) diphenyl quanidine/di-o-tolylquanidine; and (3) dichlorohexylben-zothiazylsulfenamide.
