Forest Service Decisionmaking and Appeals Reform Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Chief of the Forest Service, to establish a public notice and comment process for proposed Forest Service land and resource management activities.
Directs the Secretary to establish a related administrative appeals process.
