DES Education and Research Amendments of 1992 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to establish a program for the conduct and support of research and training, the dissemination of health information, and other measures with respect to the diagnosis and treatment of conditions associated with exposure to the drug diethylstilbestrol (DES).
Mandates: (1) programs to educate health professionals and the public; and (2) longitudinal studies.
Authorizes appropriations.
