A bill to provide for the taxation of real property forfeited to the Department of Justice prior to the seizure of such property.

Amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to subject real property that has been forfeited, but not yet seized, to the Government under the Act to taxation by a State, Commonwealth, territory, possession, district, and local political subdivision in the same manner as other real property.
