Agricultural Market Promotion Program Amendments Act of 1992 - Amends the Agricultural Trade Act of 1978 to make a private brand product processed in whole or in part in the United States and composed in whole or in part of U.S. agricultural commodities eligible for market promotion assistance. Sets forth related marketing plan requirements.
Requires an eligible trade organization to establish per country market penetration goals. Limits per country promotion assistance to the attainment of such goal.
