Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Interior, upon request by the State of Washington, to review the State's implementation of specified recommendations of the Commission on Old Growth Alternatives for Washington's Forest Trust Lands (including recommendations concerning the northern spotted owl and the establishment of an Olympic Experimental State Forest).

Authorizes the State of Washington to submit to the Secretary a management and research plan for the Olympic Experimental State Forest.
