Provides that the individual who began service on December 5, 1991, in the position of Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy for National Security Affairs shall continue to hold the grade of admiral while awaiting retirement from the Navy until the earlier of: (1) the date on which he terminates service in that position; or (2) June 4, 1992, notwithstanding a current Federal provision limiting the holding of such grade to 90 days after being relieved from such position.
