National Aeronautics and Space Administration Authorization Act, 1993 - Title I: Fiscal Year 1993 National Aeronautics and Space Administration Authorization - Authorizes appropriations to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration for: (1) research and development; (2) space flight, control and data communications; (3) construction of facilities; (4) research and program management; and (5) the Inspector General.
Sets forth limits and requirements including, in certain circumstances, requiring notice to specified congressional committees and limiting reprogramming of funds.
Title II: Amendment to the Space Act on Protection of Information Developed Under Space Act Agreements - Amends the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 to exempt from public disclosure requirements, for up to five years, trade secret or commercial or financial information that is privileged or confidential that was obtained from a non-Federal party.
