A bill to extend the provisions of the Steel Import Stabilization Act for specialty steel and other purposes.
Specialty Steel Voluntary Restraint Agreement Extension Act - Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President should: (1) extend the voluntary restraint agreements for specialty steel through March 31, 1995; and (2) ensure that the import ceilings negotiated should not exceed those levels in place as of March 31, 1992.
Amends the Steel Import Stabilization Act to extend such Act through March 31, 1995, unless the President submits a certain affirmative annual determination to specified congressional committees.
