A bill to revise the eligibility requirements applicable to emergency and extended unemployment compensation benefits.
Emergency Benefits Flexibility Act of 1992 - Amends the Federal-State Extended Unemployment Compensation Act of 1970 (FSEUCA) to revise the eligibility requirements applicable both to extended unemployment compensation benefits under FSEUCA and to emergency unemployment compensation benefits under the Emergency Unemployment Compensation Act of 1991. Allows the State the flexibility of choosing more than one Federal wage eligibility standard in determining an individual's eligibility for such benefits.
