Authorizes the President, on behalf of the Congress, to present a gold medal to a representative of the American Philosophical Society in commemoration of the 250th anniversaries of the founding of the Society and the birth of Thomas Jefferson.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell bronze duplicates of such medal. Authorizes appropriations.
