A bill to add to the list of import-sensitive articles that may not be designed as articles eligible for duty-free treatment under title V of the Trade Act of 1974.

Amends the Trade Act of 1974 to add sulfanilic acid to the list of import-sensitive articles that may not be designated as articles eligible for duty-free treatment under the Generalized System of Preferences.
