A bill to direct acquisitions within the Eleven Point Wild and Scenic River, to establish the Greer Spring Special Management Area in Missouri, and for other purposes.
Greer Spring Acquisition and Protection Act of 1991 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, subject to appropriations, to acquire lands identified as the Dennig Tract to become part of the Mark Twain National Forest.
Requires the Secretary to manage the Eleven Point Wild and Scenic Corridor pursuant to the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act.
Establishes the Greer Spring Special Management Area. Directs the Secretary to restrict timber harvesting, permit hunting and fishing, restrict vehicular access on, and withdraw from location, entry, and patent under the mining laws, and from the operation of the mineral and geothermal leasing laws, lands within such area.
Authorizes appropriations.
