A bill to extend the existing suspension of duty on chemical light activator blend.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 1994, the suspension of duty on a mixture of dimethyl phthalate, t-butanol, hydrogen peroxide, and sodium alicylate (chemical light activator blend).
