Brown Tree Snake Control Act of 1991 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to take appropriate action to prevent the introduction of brown tree snakes from Guam into other areas of the United States, including initiatives to prevent such snake's introduction into Hawaii.
Amends Federal law to prohibit the importation of the brown tree snake into the United States.
