A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to perform the planning studies necessary to determine the feasibility and estimated cost of incorporating all or portions of the Rosebud Sioux Reservation in South Dakota into the Mni Wiconi Rural Water Supply Project, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to perform the planning studies necessary to determine the feasibility and estimated cost of incorporating all or portions of the Rosebud Sioux Reservation in South Dakota into the service areas of the water systems authorized by the Mni Wiconi Project Act of 1988.
