A bill to authorize grants to be made to State programs designed to provide resources to persons who are nutritionally at risk in the form of fresh nutritious unprepared foods, from farmers' markets, and to increase sales at the markets, and for other purposes.
Farmers' Market Nutrition Act of 1991 - Amends the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 to extend the authorization of appropriations through FY 1995 for the special supplemental food (WIC) farmers' market program. Makes funds available for additional State participation.
