Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1994, the duty on: (1) 3,5-dimethyl-2-hydroxy-methyl-4- methoxypyridine (pyrmethyl alcohol); (2) 2-mercapto-5-methoxy benzimidazole (metmercazole); and (3) thienyl acetyl chloride (TAC).
