A bill to resolve claims of the Sisseton-Wahpeton Sioux Tribe of South Dakota, the Devils Lake Sioux Tribe of North Dakota, and the Sisseton-Wahpeton Sioux Council of the Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes of Montana arising out of a judgment fund distribution.

Grants the U.S. District Court for Montana jurisdiction to receive, hear, determine, and render judgment on any claim of the Sisseton-Wahpeton Sioux Tribe of South Dakota, the Devils Lake Sioux Tribe of North Dakota, and the Sisseton-Wahpeton Sioux Council of the Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes of Montana arising out of, or in connection with, the judgment fund distributed to the tribes by Federal law.
