A bill to require the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a study of nationally significant places in Japanese-American history.
Japanese-American National Historic Landmark Theme Study Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to report to specified congressional committees on a National Historic Landmark Theme Study on Japanese-American history.
Requires the Secretary to: (1) identify those sites that are appropriate for the study and that may be suitable for designation as National Historic Landmarks; and (2) prepare a list in order of importance or merit of the most appropriate sites for such designation. Authorizes appropriations.
