A bill to prohibit government-to-government and commercial arms sales to any country that is participating in or cooperating with the economic boycott of Israel.

Prohibits arms sales licenses under the Arms Export Control Act to countries listed pursuant to provisions of the Internal Revenue Code as countries that require participation in or cooperation with the international boycott against Israel.
