Relinquishes all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the private lands identified by the Secretary of the Interior or the Secretary of Agriculture as having been conditionally relinquished to the United States under the Forest Reserve Act of 1897 (also known as the "Forest Management Act"), and for which the selection of other rights under that Act or under supplemental legislation was not realized or exercised.
Excludes from such quitclaim those lands of national significance. Allows parties aggrieved by such exclusion to file claims against the United States seeking compensation.
