A bill to include the Territory of American Samoa in the program of aid to the aged, blind, or disabled.

Amends part A (General Provisions) of title XI of the Social Security Act to extend the benefits under titles I (Old-Age Assistance), X (Aid to the Blind), XIV (Aid to Permanently and Totally Disabled), and XVI (Supplemental Security Income) to the residents of American Samoa.
