A bill to amend section 547 of title 11, United States Code, to provide that certain withdrawal transactions made by depositors from certain financial institutions not be avoided as preferential transfers.

Amends Federal bankruptcy law to declare that a trustee in bankruptcy shall not avoid as preferential transfers any withdrawals by depositors from an uninsured depository institution during the 90 days before such institution files for bankruptcy protection.
