Waives provisions of House rules requiring the adoption of one primary expense resolution for the payment from the contingent fund of the House of the expenses of the Task Force to Investigate Certain Allegations Concerning the Holding of Americans as Hostages in Iran in 1980. Limits such expenses. Permits the Task Force to file a final report with the Clerk of the House any time after adjournment of the second session of the 102d Congress and before noon on January 3, 1993.

Upon the adoption of this resolution, the provisions of clause 5 of rule XI requiring the adoption of one primary expense resolution for the payment from the contingent fund of the House of the expenses of the Task Force to Investigate Certain Allegations Concerning the Holding of Americans as Hostages in Iran in 1980 in the second session of the One Hundred Second Congress are waived to the end that the provisions of H.Res. 258 shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements of that clause.
