Rule provides for consideration of the conference report to H.R. 5488. Upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to consider the conference report on H.R. 5488. All points of order against the conference report and against its consideration are waived. Upon the adoption of the conference report, the House shall be considered to have adopted a concurrent resolution consisting of the text printed in section 2 of this resolution. Section 2 stipulates that section 629 of title VI of the bill accompanying the conference report shall be stricken.
