Upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order for the Speaker to designate a time or place in the legislative schedule within five legislative days after the adoption of this resolution for further consideration of proceedings postponed under clause 5(b)(1) of rule I on the question of agreeing to the motion that the House suspend the rules and pass the joint resolution H.J.Res. 512.
