It shall be in order, any rule of the House to the contrary notwithstanding, to consider in the House an indivisible motion to take the bill from the Speaker's table, with Senate amendments Nos. 1-69 thereto, to disagree to the Senate amendments Nos. 1-68, and to concur in Senate amendment No. 69 with an amendment. Senate amendments shall be considered as read.
