Directs the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct to investigate whether Representative Henry B. Gonzalez has publicly disclosed classified information in the Congressional Record, and in so doing violated the Rules of the House of Representatives or any duly constituted committees during the Second Session of the 102d Congress.
Directs all other House committees, Members, officers, or employees who may have information relevant to this investigation to cooperate promptly with the Committee subject to procedures it shall adopt necessary to protect from unauthorized disclosure of classified information which may be transmitted to the Committee.
