Directs the Committee on House Administration to: (1) transmit to the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct its report and all records obtained by the Task Force to Investigate the Operation and Management of the House Post Office; (2) make such report and records available to the U.S. Department of Justice for inspection in the Committee offices; and (3) send a letter with specific recommendations to the Speaker of the House, the majority and minority leaders, and the Director of Non-Legislative and Financial Services.
