Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 5260 with 1 hour of general debate. Previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motions except motion to recommit. Measure will be read by section. Bill is closed to amendments. Upon adoption of this resolution, the amendment printed in the report accompanying this resolution shall be considered as having been adopted in the House and in the Committee of the Whole, and all points of order against the bill, as amended and against its consideration shall be waived. No further amendment to the bill shall be in order.

Res. 475, if adopted, be expanded to ninety minutes, with sixty minutes to be equally divided and controlled by the chairman and ranking minority member of the Committee on Ways and Means, and with thirty minutes to be equally divided and controlled by the chairman and ranking minority member of the Committee on Government Operations. Agreed to without objection.
