The amendment printed in part 1 of the report of the Committee on Rules shall be considered as having been adopted upon the adoption of the resolution. No other amendments are in order except the amendments printed in part 2 of the report of the Committee on Rules accompanying this resolution. All points of order against the amendments printed in part 2 of the report are waived.
