To terminate funding for certain select committees of the House of Representatives.

Terminates funding, except for prior obligations, for any investigation, study, or other expenses for the following select committees of the House of Representatives: (1) Narcotics Abuse and Control; (2) Children, Youth, and Families; (3) Hunger; and (4) Aging.
