Directs the Clerk of the House to: (1) recuse his counsel from receiving, reviewing, or drafting any writs, warrants, subpoenas, and documents requested from or issued by the Department of Justice (DOJ) surrounding the legal proceedings on the criminal investigations of the Office of the Postmaster; and (2) instruct his counsel to refrain from participating in discussions with other House employees or officers with respect to any matters concerning the DOJ criminal investigation into such Office.
