Directs the Committee on House Administration to request the Comptroller General to establish commercially competitive fees for specified goods and services provided to Members by or through the House of Representatives.
Requires a Member to pay such a fee at the time the good or service is received. Makes payment of such fee a personal expense of the Member and prohibits reimbursement by the House.
Directs the Committee to request the Comptroller General to adjust such fees to ensure that they remain commercially competitive.
