Upon adoption of the resolution, it shall be in order to consider a non-divisible motion to take the bill from the Speaker's table, with Senate amendments thereto, and to concur in the Senate amendments with amendments printed in the report accompanying this resolution. The motion and the Senate amendments shall be considered read and debate on the motion shall not exceed one hour. All points of order against the motion shall be waived.
