Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 6 with 2 hours of general debate. Previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motions except motion to recommit. After one hour of general debate, to be controlled by the Chairman and ranking member of the Committee on Energy and Commerce, the bill shall be considered for amendment under the five-minute rule. When the Committee of the Whole resumes sitting on the next legislative day, an additional one hour of general debate shall be in order, controlled by the Chairman and ranking member of the Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs. After general debate, the Committee shall resume consideration of the bill in the manner specified by this resolution. Measure will be read by section. Specified amendments are in order.
