Urging the President to complete the review of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women and to submit to the Senate reservations, understandings, and declarations necessary for the Senate to give its advice and consent to ratification.

Declares that it is the sense of the House of Representatives that the President should: (1) complete review of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women and submit reservations, understandings, or declarations to the Senate necessary for its advice and consent; and (2) include a reservation that the Convention shall not be construed to compel, encourage, or require any nation to enact laws or policies that legalize abortion.
