Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives regarding the use of an ambulance maintained by the government of the District of Columbia for use in life threatening situations at the United States Capitol.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) the ambulance currently maintained at the U.S. Capitol solely for Members of Congress should be made available to aid any individual who experiences a serious or life threatening medical condition while on the Capitol grounds; and (2) during the use of such ambulance, the District of Columbia government will dispatch one ambulance to stand ready at the Capitol until the congressional ambulance returns.
